Buyer accounts are free, and MFC Growers are eligible for a $100 discount using the code MFC26 - it can be applied when you sign up for your new account, or it can be applied in the “Subscription” section of your Settings page within your Rooted Farmers account BEFORE your current subscription renewal date. Kindly note that Rooted Farmers will not be issuing any refunds this year for grower members who do not use the coupon code.

Curious about joining MFC as a wholesale Buyer, and want to test it out before becoming an Annual User? Are you a floral professional visiting from out of state looking to source local flowers for your event in Maine?
We are now offering a One-Time Buyer Pass for access to the Maine Flower Collective ordering and resources for 1 order cycle. One-Time Buyers will have the same privileges as MFC Annual Users for the week of their choice, with the exception that delivery will not be guaranteed.
What do you get with a One-Time Buyer Pass?
Gain access to online pre-ordering of MFC Growers' availability through the Rooted Farmers platform (must have a Rooted Farmers account - free for wholesale buyers).
Shop our In-Person Wholesale Market and pick up your pre-order at the MFC Hub in Brunswick. Delivery* will not be guaranteed but may be accommodated with the associated fee (MFC Delivery Zones Map) depending on the location and if it works with our delivery route for the given week. Buyers must supply a current Maine State Resale Certificate or if visiting from out of state, a Uniform Sales & Use Tax Resale Certificate - Multijurisdiction Form can be accepted as a sufficient alternative to comply with state resale certification regulations.
One-Time Buyer Pass Ordering Schedule
Week 1:
Tuesday @ 4:00pm - Rooted Farmers online pre-ordering availability opens for order fulfillment the following week.
Friday @ 5:00pm - Rooted Farmers online pre-ordering availability closes for order fulfillment the following week.
Week 2:
Tuesday - MFC collects orders and market flowers from our network of Growers
Wednesday 9:00am - 3:00pm - Pre-order pickups at the MFC Hub in Brunswick, ME and In-Person Wholesale Market hours
Thursday 8:00am - 12:00pm - Pre-order pickups at the MFC Hub in Brunswick, ME and In-Person Wholesale Market hours.
*If we are able to accommodate delivery, the options for delivery days are Wednesday or Thursday of the second week of the ordering cycle.
The fee for the One-Time Buyer Pass is $80. Buyers can afterwards choose to pay an additional $70 to become a full time Annual User.

We are now offering a market only buying option! Shop our In-Person Wholesale Market at our Hub in Brunswick, ME during our Thursday market hours (8am-12pm). $25 fee each growing season. Pay the $25 fee here online or pay when you come to shop the market! We just need your current Maine resale certificate in order to shop. If your resale certificate is from another state, you must fill out the Maine Multijurisdictional form.
